Let's talk #'s 

So, we tried to do Subway all week to offset the weight gain of last week. We hit it at least 6 meals. I had slow cooked some veggies and pork chops (enhanced with bbq sauce! yum) and we had indian food twice, once after the Blonde Redhead concert at the new secret place you don't know about unless you do, and then as an emergency birthday dinner for the boss on Tuesday.
I had only worked out 4x this week, so I was expecting low loss.
I got a 3.8lb loss, though. Teflon, 5.6.
Wow.
