2.4lbs 

I dunno if I'm satisfied with the effort to results ratio. I'm going to try for another week (this one with bad going out to eats trials & tribulations).
I'm racking my head and repeatedly hitting "shuffle" on the iPod to get the best mix for the crosstrainer workout 1/2 hour I do. If I come up with something good, you'll know, because I'll podcast it.
