So I call Eric tonight to ask why I haven't seen nor heard from him all week. He's busy gearing up for a chess tournament in Rockford.
He says to me:
"I've been reading your blog, so I feel like I know what's happening...I could eat dinner to that mix".

So let's hope he does well in the Chess games.

After dinner sample mix(31MB)
I re-encoded last night. Might be certain files cause the pop-outs, as I din't notice any. This mix is more fun, geared towards maybe some people just milling around and drinking. I'm going to try and pin down the Dutchman tonight to drop off these as CDs.
We'll see what happens from there.
I have some things ending today on eBay, so I should be able to get the new hard drive next week.

I have to change the link.

Sometime within the next hour you can listen to the mix when the FTP stops. I guess I'll be testing my website's bandwidth now, so if the file disappears, e-mail me and we'll see how to get it to you.

Dinner mix (43MB)

So I spent most of the night putting together 2 sample mixes for the Morseland. I am encoding the "Dinner" style one as I type and will put it online when it's done.
I had a problem with the Powerbook & DJ software. The drive makes a pop in audio shortly before accessing the next track. I have been in touch with the author, but I think it has to do with the stock Apple hard drive. I will be getting a new hard drive (5400RPM) that will hold all my MP3 and hopefully solve that problem. 20GB at least.
I will encode the after dinner set I did tomorrow and post.

Apparantly the "IMG" tag is very case sensitive, just like my cat Table, here.
As you can see, I got the cheapo digital camera and the iMac talking.

That poor monkey.

I don't know if he took the legs, but I caught Reggie red-handed with the arm.
