So Eric drops by at the store to pick up his backack and my spare bike.
I'm in the storefront window hanging a Radiohead poster as he rides off and I say to him, "hey Eric, don't forget that the breaks are weird on that bike, remember I told you that on Tuesday?", but he can't hear me because he's outside and riding a bike.
I see him testing out the bike and he gives the breaks a nudge, but it doesn't slow down and the bike does this shiver as he reacts to this, he then must remember what I said, as he slows down a bit (via breaking the way I said, the hard style break grips vs. the laidback ones) and then shifts gears and heads out of my view.

I started typing a super long post on my Newton in the Laundermat last night. I'll finish and post very soon. It covers Labor Day weekend. I'll get us up to date soon.
